This year we’ve got a fantastic raffle prize in the form of a weeks stay for two at the beautiful Le Castelet. Ran by ex local Liz, this is a truly wonderful spot sandwiched between Ventoux and the Alpes in the south of France. There’s bags to do for the adventurous type whether on a bike, on foot, in a kayak or dangling from a rope! For more information on the location and facilities check out the website http://www.lecastelet-arzeliers.com
Since Uptonogood? is not a race, E-bikes are allowed.
Just don’t go claiming ill-gotten QOMs/KOMs (#sortitoutstrava)!
Entries are now open for Uptonogood? 2019. Please follow the Enter menu to sign up and secure your place.
The family ride has been full for some weeks and we have a short waiting list of people hoping to partake. If you are booked onto the family ride and are no longer able to attend then please let us know and we will make the places available to others.
Many of you will remember that last year there was a horse event on the Ridgeway on the same day as Uptonogood. That particular horse event is not on the same day this year but even so it is quite likely that you will pass horses on the ride. Please be courteous and take special care when passing or overtaking riders on horses, especially on narrow paths. Some horses are very nervous of bikes particularly when the riders have brightly coloured clothes. Many thanks for your understanding.
We are doing another short run of technical cycling jerseys this year.
They cost £39.50 and numbers are extremely limited. Let us know by email if you would like to reserve one for collection at the event.
Sizes are continental and come up small:
We have just received the 2016 posters and flyers from the printers, which looks great:
Many thanks to Phil and Amy from carbon:colour, our new print sponsors for their excellent work on this.
